All sales are final with no returns, chargebacks, so please review the photos or ask questions before you buy. Reborn and Silicone Dolls are artistic work and up to the interpertation of myself the artist. 

Return/Refund policy

Sorry, but we do not take returns due to the nature of reborns or items, so be sure you want the item before you purchase it.  However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact me  within 2 days of receiving the item. I am happy to work with you to try to resolve any issues. I inspect my items 3 times before they are shipped out to you. I may also take photos of your items before they are shipped. All our items are new (unless it states otherwise), and obtained from various vendors, manufactures and resellers.  

If you contact me within 2 days of receiving the item at [email protected] and I  authorize a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. I may ask for photos of the item.

If your return is accepted or authorized by me, you will need to buy the shipping label, and follow the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting an approved return will not be accepted or refunded. Any returned item I authorize, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Paypal fees are nonrefundable, as this fee is charged and kept by paypal no matter the circumstance.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately no later than 2 days, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Reborn Dolls are shipped as shown on your approval photos, and therefore can’t be returned. If the item was demaged in shipping reach out to me, then the carried to report any issues, as more then likely insurance was added to your item. I am not responsible for lost or demaged items. This will handled thru the carrier only. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned ever, like: reborn dolls or silicone dolls, as well as custom products (such as special doll orders or personalized items or art pieces hand made).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

SHIPPING

 We ship currently to the USA  only. We usually ship within a few days of your purchase thru USPS.  You will get a tracking number from me, to show you it is on it’s way. For reborn dolls you will need to sign for it and it will be insured over $100. Please ensure your address is correct on paypal.  All shipping fees are nonrefundable, should you obtain a return authorization from us before any item is shipped back to us. As we don’t take back returns in general. Only under certain circumstances do we take returns, you can find this under our returns policy.  Any import charges or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.  Any qustions please ask, I am happy to help.
