Lay-A-Way Policy
We recognize that reborn dolls can be quite expensive and therefore offer payment plans or lay-a-way on all of our regularly priced dolls. Lay-a-way plans require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit typically equal to 50% of the price of the baby. We then allow a period of 60 days to complete the purchase. Terms can be negotiated if needed.
The process…
(1) We negotiate terms with you regarding payment dates and length of plan via the messaging system on OnlyReborns
(2) We adjust the listing to be for the NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. Payment for the deposit must be made from the listing page.
(3) Upon payment of the deposit, we will send an installment invoice via PayPal for the balance due based on the terms we agree upon.
Please note that layaway orders cancelled before final payment or not paid in full by the agreed upon due date forfeit all monies paid. No refunds, partial or otherwise will be granted on layaway orders.
Return Policy
Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NON-REFUNDABLE and NOT RETURNABLE. Lay-a-way orders cancelled before final payment forfeit all monies paid. No refunds, partial or otherwise will be granted on layaway orders.
Shipping Policy
INTERNATIONAL SALES: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays is shipping times due to customs or international holdings. At this time, we are not able to ship to the United Kingdom.
All of my babies are shipped via UPS and are insured at the price of the doll.
