Welcome to my OnlyReborns store! Thank you for visiting and supporting my small business. Each reborn baby is special, and I want you to feel confident and excited about finding your perfect baby.

Please read the following terms and conditions before making a purchase.

1. Available Babies

All babies listed in my store are completed reborn dolls and are available for adoption unless otherwise stated in the listing.

Each listing will include photographs and a description of the individual baby, including available details about the sculpt, size, weight, materials, hair, eyes, and included accessories.

Please review the listing carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a baby, please contact me before completing your purchase.

2. Payments

Payment must be completed according to the payment options and checkout requirements provided by the store.

A baby is not considered sold until the purchase has been successfully completed and confirmed.

I reserve the right to cancel an order when necessary for a legitimate reason, subject to applicable law and the store’s policies. If an order is canceled by me, any refund due will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the platform’s policies.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and available delivery options will be displayed or communicated before purchase.

I will carefully package each baby to help protect it during shipping.

Once your baby has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery dates are estimates, as delays may occur due to the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside my control.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.

4. Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives.

If your baby or the package arrives damaged, contact me promptly with photographs of the damage and packaging. Please retain the original packaging while the issue is being reviewed.

I will work with you and, when necessary, the shipping carrier or selling platform to determine the appropriate next steps.

5. Returns and Refunds

Please review all photographs, descriptions, and details carefully before purchasing.

Because reborn dolls are collectible art pieces, I ask customers to make their selections carefully. I do not offer returns for a simple change of mind, except where required by applicable law or the selling platform’s policies.

If your order arrives damaged, is materially different from its description, or there is another issue with your purchase, please contact me promptly so we can discuss an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.

6. Handmade Art and Variations

Reborn dolls may feature hand-painted details, rooted hair, painted hair, and other artistic characteristics.

Because of the handmade nature of these collectibles, slight variations in skin tone, mottling, veining, hair placement, and other details are normal.

Photographs may also appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings.

7. Collectible Item and Care Disclaimer

Reborn dolls are collectible art pieces and should be handled with care.

Some babies may contain small parts, magnets, glass beads, or other materials that could pose a safety risk. Keep these items away from young children and pets unless specifically assessed as safe for them.

Follow any care instructions provided with your baby, especially for silicone dolls, painted surfaces, and rooted hair.

8. Authenticity

I value the work and creativity of reborn artists and sculptors and support authentic reborn kits.

Where known, the sculptor or kit information will be included in the individual listing.
