Sorry I do not accept returns, please be sure to read all descriptions, see all photos and ask any further questions you may have before purchase!  If there were to be a problem with your order, please contact me immediately so I can work with you on a solution.

Shipping policy

I ship to Canada and the US with Canada post. Finished dolls will be tracked and insured, and doll kits will be tracked with no insurance unless otherwise requested, (extra fees apply in this instance). Sometimes there may be postal delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs or weather etc. This is all out of my control. Buyers are responsible for any customs/duties that may be charged by your country.
