This hair care set has a spray bottle of distilled water and a spray bottle of hair conditioner for any type of rooted hair. As well as a beautiful Crystal detail brush. This brush is perfect for combing babies wet hair with direction. I am a licensed cosmetologist and mixed used professional products to creature the moisturizer. Depending on how often you handle your baby is how often you should use the conditioner versus using the water alone. If you are changing clothes often it will dry baby’s hair out. Most of the time you will use the water alone. I do not handle my babies often so I only have to use the moisturizer once a month. Once hair is cut it cannot no longer moisturize on its own. But it needs to be moisturized to keep it from breaking off. It does not take much of the moisturizer each time you need it.
