• Packages include tracking, insurance, and adult signature confirmation for buyer and seller protection

• Dolls ship within 3-5 business days after payment is completed and cleared
• Orders are not shipped while payment is pending or on hold
Packaging
• Each reborn is carefully wrapped and securely packaged to ensure safe arrival
• Dolls are packed in a sturdy box with protective materials
Address Accuracy
• Buyers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address
• I am not responsible for delays, loss, or return due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
Delivery Responsibility
• Once tracking shows Delivered, responsibility transfers to the buyer
